02 / THE PRODUCT DIRECTION

Every trade starts
with a decision.

Pigeon Labs is being built to keep the logic, assumptions and controls behind that decision connected.

01

BUILD /Make the rules explicit.

Define the signal, the entry and the exit. Give every trading idea a structure you can inspect.

TEST /Challenge the result.

Look beyond the headline return. See how fees, slippage and drawdown change the picture.

THE ASSUMPTIONS MATTER.

RUN /Commit when you're ready.

The intended path: historical backtesting, then paper trading, then live execution when you’re ready.

04

MONITOR /Keep the final say.

Set allocation limits, follow bot activity and pause execution. Automation should stay accountable to you.

03 / ACROSS EXCHANGES

Keep the workflow.
Change the venue.

Switching exchanges shouldn’t mean rebuilding your process. Pigeon Labs is being designed around connected strategies, risk controls and bot activity across venues.

  • Your rules and limits stay in view
  • Exchange activity in a connected workspace
  • Bot controls alongside your connections

04 / BEFORE YOU JOIN

Clear expectations.
From day one.

What you can try today, and what’s still being built.

What is Pigeon Labs being built for?

A connected workflow for rule-based crypto trading: define a strategy, test its assumptions, and eventually run and monitor bots across exchanges. The focus is on making costs, risk limits and decisions visible at every step.

Can I use the platform today?

Pigeon Labs is in development. You can explore the interactive product concept on this page, including sample strategies, cost sensitivity and bot controls. It uses synthetic data and does not execute real trades. Join the waitlist to hear when early access opens; a launch date has not been announced.

Are the returns in the preview real?

No. The preview uses a synthetic return curve and an illustrative cost model. It deducts a 4 basis point fee plus your selected slippage per side, assuming equal-notional round trips. It demonstrates how costs change a result; it is not a historical backtest or a prediction of trading performance.

Which exchanges will be supported?

Multi-exchange trading is part of the product direction. Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken and Coinbase are example integration targets, not confirmed live connections. Initial supported exchanges will be announced with early access.

Will I be able to test before trading real funds?

The planned workflow moves from historical backtesting to paper trading before live execution. The aim is to let you inspect trades, costs and risk limits before committing funds. These features are still in development.
